NMS2001-I is applied to detect the change of sensing cable’s temperature, and negotiate with the fire alarm control panel.
NMS2001-I can monitor the fire alarm , open circuit and short circuit of the detected area constantly and continuously, and indicate all the data on the light indicator. NMS2001-I shall be reset after power-off and on, due to its function of fire alarm locking. Correspondingly, the function of fault alarm can be reset automatically after fault clearance, NMS2001-I is powered by DC24V, so please pay attention to power capacity and power cord.

Make two red cores together, and so two white cores, then make water-proof packing.
After the connection and installation, turn on the control unit, then the green indicator light blinks for one minute. Followed that, the detector could go normal state of monitoring, the green indicator light is on constantly. The operation and set could be handled on the LCD screen and buttons.

Press “C” to the previous set data, and “OK” to the next data;press “OK” at the end of current data for confirming the set and back to the previous menu, press “C” at the beginning of the current data to cancel the set and back to the previous menu.
(1) Set of fire alarm temperature
The fire alarm temperature could be set from 70℃ to 140℃, and the default setting of pre-alarm temperature is 10℃ lower than the fire alarm temperature.
(2) Set of ambient temperature
The maximum ambient temperature of detector could be set from 25℃ to 50℃, it may help the detector to adjust the adaptation to the working environment.
(3) Set of working length
The length of the sensing cable could be set from 50m to 500m.
(4) Fire test, fault test
The connectivity of the system could be tested in the menu of fire test and fault test.
(5) AD monitor
This menu is designed for AD check.
The alarm temperature is in proportion to the ambient temperature and the using length theoretically, set the alarm temperature, the ambient temperature and the using length rationally, so that the stability and the reliability could be improved.
